Expertise & Interests

Overview / specialty        I use carbonate proxies to reconstruct past sea surface temperatures. My most current work uses fossil corals to reconstruct past ENSO in central tropical Pacific. I am also currently working with mollusks in the Chesapeake Bay to help understand the anthropogenic climate signal in this region.
